Windows 11 What should I do to access my windows security

I just got a new pc, the Hp Victus 15 2024 model and I haven't installed any 3rd party program or software. I can't seem to access my windows security, when I launch windows security it just displays a blank screen. I've tried resetting and repairing it from the windows security settings but it didn't work. When I try to run the "Focusrite control" that I installed it shows " operation didn't complete successfully because the program contains virus(which it doesn't) or potentially unwanted software. I need help
