Windows 11 what should I do when my pc has an issue with TPM data?

My pc has a problem. When I switch on my laptop it shows a window that saying, "There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) data." And it shows an option to reset it and another one is boost with current TPM data. Iam afraid that I must loss all my valuable data that stored in my pc. what should I do? I think it happened after the latest windows updation.
