Windows 11 What to do if my keyboard isn’t letting me type my pin?

Hi everyoneI’ll try and explain my issue the best as I can.So I’ve been trying to log into my laptop, however when I press on the keys it doesn’t work. I have tried to use the on screen keyboard but same issue. When I click to reset my PIN I am able to type in my password for Microsoft and that. However when it came to the point to set a new pin it wouldn’t let me type one there either.Now I am pinless.I beg someone please helpI also don’t know where to ask this question so sorry in advance
