My Dell Inspiron 17R has a Blue Screen of Death error (BSOD). The Blue Screen of Death indicates a system crash, in which the operating system has reached a critical condition where it can no longer operate safely. I tried every single option offered through Automatic Repair. Just to go through the cycle of Automatic Repair including Chk Disc takes at least 4 hours. When nothing worked at all, I connected my Inspiron broken Hard Drive to my old Dell Desktop XPS 410 with a SATA to USB Hard Drive Adapter Cable.
