Windows 11 What’s with the 60fps lock in windows 11 ????

I’ve double triple checked everything from display, advanced display. Adapter. Triple checked frames signal =144 the first day I’m here for windows 11 and it’s like someone put the training wheels back on my bike. I’m locked @ 60fps in every game and have been working at this for 9hrs. I have clicked “144” when it was on “60hrtz” I double checked that I am high performance mode. I also clicked graphics, games, what’s says high performance but it’s not (because windows is managing it) and changed to to high performance and my GPU takes priority.
