Windows 10 whea uncorrectable error bsod while playing or using high cpu oriented programs

I've changed my cpu for a much better one few weeks ago and since my pc has started to crash sometimes, only while playing highly grapical games like the last cod or a vr game, but also while doing 3D rendering, i've done multiple stress test for the cpu and gpu but no crash, i suspect it's a ram problem, apparently the file dump can't be put on google drive or any other website, but running the Whocrashed program suggest that the problem might come from the "authenticamd.sys" filethanks for anything that could help :D
