Hello all,

I am getting a bit desperate, I really hope someone could help me come think of anything I haven't tried yet.

Long story short:

Got a new system 3 weeks ago:

Mainboard: Asus X570-Plus TUF GAMING

Memory: G.Skill 32 GB DDR4-3600 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZN, Trident Z Neo)

CPU: Ryzen 5800x

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 FE

OS: Win 10 Pro

BIOS: 3001 but updated to latest new beta, issue remains the same

I'm a pretty hardcore World of Warcraft gamer, which is pretty much all I did the last 3 weeks.

However, only since last Thursday the bluescreens started (so after running OK for around 2 weeks).

I'm getting a blue screen daily, with the same "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" message. The blue screen always occures when WoW is open.

Troubleshooting steps so far:

1) Kept an eye on HWINFO (temperatures perfectly fine, CPU around 60°), 0 WHEA errors

2) Reduced startup services, only windows essential services are loaded on boot

3) Windows Memory Diagnostic: no errors

4) Memtest86 2/4 passes, 0 errors

5) chkdsk, no errors

6) uninstalled all drivers, reïnstalled only essential drivers

7) Read a lot about issues with Asus BIOS 3001, couldn't downgrade so decided to upgrade to the latest new beta. Same issue

It does look like it's happening more and more frequently.

I've attached a minidump file, there's not always 1 created however, not sure if that's normal? I just had another bluescreen and this time it did create one. I have 3 dumps in total and had around 5-6 blue screens so far.

Minidump most recent bluescreen:

Really hope this is the right place and praying for some information, this system cost me a lot of money and it's depressing having these bluescreens right now :(

Kind regards,

Koen
