Windows 10 When booting into windows 10 after upgrading from 7, laptop just turns off, and reverts to windows 7 when turned on again

So I was tryna upgrade an old Asus F5N from Windows 7 to Windows 10, insta;ll is perfectly fine, but once it reboots, finishes loading the files, it shows the windows 10 boot up screen, and seems like its booting and when it "finishes" booting, it suddenly shuts off. Every sinlge time. I've tried at least 5 times already. When I turn the laptop back on again, it boots into windows 7 and the windows 10 setup says that it encountered an error or something in the SAFE_OS phase or something, and gives me error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017. Anybody have a solution or fix?The laptops specs are:CPU: AMD
