Windows 10 When browsing, my screen flashes for a second and all the media playing on other tabs pause

I recently bought a new Asus laptop (in March). Config: 8GB memory, core i5 11th gen 2.4ghzbut when I am browsing, my screen flashes for a second, and all videos playing on every tab pause automatically and the video player becomes black. I mostly watch Youtube so I only got the problem when watching youtube. Also this one time, I was watching youtube fullscreen and had another browser window opened and the contents of that window tab were showing in youtube instead of the video.This is happening very frequently recently. I thought it was a Chrome problem but happens on Brave browser as well.
