Windows 10 When creating a new windows 10 installation boot on my flash usb disk on key why i can't choose what version of the windows to install? home,pro

I wonder why there is only one option Windows 10 and not pro or home or anything else ?Is that because now on my pc now i have windows 10 home installed ? so the tool automatic will install the home version ? I'm not sure what windows 10 version i bought while ago but if i want to buy or want to install windows 10 pro ? the installation with the tool is not giving any options.Does this tool getting the latest windows 10 installation files ? I guess there are some kind of windows installation build versions.The tool i downloaded on my hard disk the file name is : MediaCreationTool21H2
