Windows 10 When ever I start my pc it start a loop it's turning on and off and didn't show any moment in screen

Hi Here is ankit ,I need your halp to fix this problem or help me to find the problem Yesterday in morning my pc working good but in the evening my screen frozen and my mouse and keyboard aren't working too even I removed my mouse USB plug but the arrow is still there Then I reset my pc , then my pc is not working Now it's try to turn on but in few seconds it's goes off and again try to turn on and again the same problem Then I removed my ram card from my pc and clean that with eraser and repulg it (not improvement)Then I removed my grafic card (i guess) i cleaned it and the 3V CR2023 battery
