Windows 11 When ever I try to enable secure boot I boot into recovery???

Recently I’ve been trying to play valorant with my friends. But after I installed windows 11, I had to flash my bios not long after. Doing this disabled secure boot for me. So I tried to follow all tutorials and none working. They all just led me to boot into recovery mode again!
