Windows 10 When I click “Sign In” on the startup screen of my Windows 10 laptop, nothing happens!

Hi,So yesterday my Avast Antivirus Premium subscription ran-out, so I decided to get the Microsoft protection thing that it recommended me. I decided to use a new account to log in with, and everything worked perfectly. Then after around 4 hours of having it on my laptop, I saw that I needed to sign in again. So when I clicked sign in, nothing happened. I could see my name, my profile picture (I don’t have a profile picture set yet so it shows the default), and the sign in button. I’ve tried Safe Mode, doesn’t work. Ctrl + Alt + Delete, doesn’t work. Almost nothing works. Also just to include,
