Windows 11 When i hold the "W" key for a decent amount of time, it repeats. The longer i hold it, the longer it repeats. Please help.

This started to happen like, uh maybe 1 month ago. Very annoying, ruins speedruns. Please do help. I've asked Chat GPT for fixes, tried them all and it didn't fix anything.
