Windows 11 When I hover over explorer tabs or other apps in Windows 11, instead of giving name of app in English, they are displayed in the font of local langua

The folder name or app name isn't even translated. They are still just the English word but in local language font which make no sense.For example the Downloads Folder when hovered with mouse will spell out as म्यधलियबम which is just the word "Downloads" spelled out in Nepali Language Keyboard outlay.This is very annoying and happens in a few of the websites as well. I do not know how to turn it off. Please help.
