Windows 11 When I insall my new ethernet adapter card my computer turns on automaticlly or it doesn't load windows. The card works showing data going through it.

When I install my new Ethernet adapter card my computer turns on automatically or it doesn't load windows. The card works showing data going through it. What could be the problem?
