Windows 7 when i open BattleEye to open unturned this is a game from steam my pc automatically freezes and i can only turn it off and on plz help

first, i opened program called cpu core parking from coderbag and my laptop freezed and i turned my laptop off and on and open it again and again and always freezes my laptop. I opened program:solve problems, and i selected cpucoreparking and i selected select recommended settings and it works! but with BattleEye it doesnt i don't even know that i do something wrong or something like that, i overclocked my gpu and i used before that program called ThrottleStop, and with that program opened i open cpucoreparking and that freeze happened and i use program called UltimateWindowsTweaker, msi afterburner to overclock gpu i think i changed something in control panel or something like that. My specs: intel core i 3, 2.30 ghz, 8gb ram, nvidia 410m. please help. Windows 7 Home Premium
