Windows 11 when i play games my laptop just completely freezes and i have to hold down the power button to shut it down

my laptop is a lenovo legion 5Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870Hrtx 206016 gb ramwhen i play games the laptop just completely freezes and i have to hold down the power button to shut it down the temps are pretty good tooand the weird thing is sometimes a week will go by and it never crashes and then randomly it non stop crashes every day againit also very rarely happens when im watching youtube or browsing tooive done ram checks and ssd checks and all dont have problems all my drivers are up to date including windows updatesive reinstalled windows ive tried to find solutions for monthsany help would
