Windows 10 when i play pupg blue screen

when i play pupg blue screen can appear just when i prees ready or start but when i play one year before t was good without lagging and bluescreenis bluescreen ntoskrnl.exe only and can be SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED idk why is but i check ram i chek disk C: and D: i check driver but its all good idk what is problem only what i know is ntoskrnl adn here minidump
