Windows 11 When I press ctrl button on my windows 11 laptop, my shift button clicks automatically and vice versa.

When I press ctrl button on my windows 11 laptop, my shift button clicks automatically and vice versa. This is happening in both the shift and both the control keys, rest everything is fine. Because of this, I am not able to use shortcuts, when I click ctrl+c it automatically clicks ctrl+shift+c and when I click shift+a it automatically clicks shift+ctrl+a. I tried everything, my sticky, toggle and filter keys are off but still, I am facing this problem. Please help.
