Windows 10 when i reset a window 10 computer will all the other users go away? There’s 2 other users we don’t want on this computer and we can’t get rid of them.

when i reset a window 10 computer will all the other users go away? There’s 2 other users we don’t want on this computer and we can’t get rid of them. will they go away if the computer is reseted? the pst secretary has left this office and we want to have acess to the computer to use.
