Windows 11 When I restarted the laptop, a message about installing updates appeared.

Hello. Today I encountered a strange problem. I decided to reboot my laptop before shutting it down since I haven't done this for a long time. But when I restarted the laptop, instead of the desktop, a black screen appeared with the message “Updates are being installed, do not turn off the computer". But I didn't install any updates, I just rebooted the laptop. I had to force shutdown my laptop as nothing was happening and after that my laptop rebooted. What could it be? Should I do something?I also want to mention that before rebooting I ran the sfc scannow command. Could this have an impact?
