Windows 11 When i try to launch windows sandbox after 6 minutes of trying to launch it pops up with an error screen. Error is 0x8007041d. Windows 11 22H2

The container manager service or one of its dependencies is not running.Error 0x8007041d. The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.When i try to enable container manager service it says "Windows could not start the Container manager service on Local Computer.Error 1068: The dependancy service or group failed to start"
