Windows 11 when i try to open sound or other tabs in my school laptop settings it just redirects me to language and region

my laptop is a dell latitude 3190 2-in-1 and i tried going to setting and going to sound mixer or sound but it just redirects me each time and my mic does not work ether and i tryed resetting my computer and it dosent give me a error code like if i try to go into a administrator thing
