Windows 10 When I try to plug in my wifi wireless USB 2 things happens : Code error 43 + the USB becomes unknown for the PC

First of all, the wireless was working just fine for a long time.However, something happened for the PC, suddenly while I was playing a game, the PC completely lagged and turned off by itself, and then when I tried to turn it on again it turns on for 2 seconds and then immediately turns off after and then it turns on again by itself and then it turns off ... and so on , and stays like this until I shut down the electric, then I just cleaned the processor and put it back and then the PC works again , BUT ...When I try to plug in my wifi wireless USB 2 things happens : 1. The USB becomes "unknow
