Windows 11 When I try to Reset my Pin, the Microsoft pop up wont stay up long enough for me to authenticate myself and it wont let me delete the pin

Last week on Friday i tried to use my fingerprint and it didn't work and when it prompt me to put in my pin it couldn't remember it. I just bought the laptop so i just factory reset the laptop. When i was able to get back into the laptop i tried over and over to change the pin but the pop up wouldn't stay on screen. Id be in the middle of putting in my password or authentication code and then it would just disappear and i don't know what to do.
