Windows 10 when i try to upgrade from windows 7 to 10 after finishing downloading everything it skips the choose what to keep part and says "Setup is cleaning up

I have a Windows 7 laptop with service pack 1 and when I try to upgrade after it finished the necessary downloads it just says setup is cleaning up without errors or crashing then closes
