Windows 11 When I turn on my laptop, it stalls on the black loading screen. How do I stop making my laptop do that?

Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming A15. Operating system: Windows 11 Home 64-bit 10.0.22621. Processor: Amd ryzen 7 4800H with radeon graphics. Graphics card: NVDIA Geforce GTX 1660ti. Memory: 16gbAbout five times, when I turned on my laptop and it went on spinning dots, it froze. I tried doing this: Whenever the boot screen appears, restart your computer twice. Windows ought should launch Windows recovery automatically after the third attempt. And it worked. I simply want it to stop freezing again. How can I make my laptop stop freezing again?
