Windows 10 When I use the snipping tool to save the snip as a jpg, the image zooms in and cuts off.

This started to happen yesterday, but not before that. This does not happen when I save as a png. See what I mean in attached image. I snipped the entire Details* box, and it only saves this zoomed in, cut off image. I have tried the repair button and the reset buttons on the app settings. I have even tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Nothing seems to help...
