Windows 11 When I wake from sleep, the resolution on my monitor has changed from 4k to 1080p HD

About once a week, I'll wake my pc from sleep and find the resolution locked at 1080p. Sometimes I can change the resolution back to 4k from the display settings, most of the times i cannot. It's usually easier to just reboot the PC.
