Windows 10 When my mic is active on my bluetooth headphones, all the sound from my game gets muted

I got these Skullcandy headphones that are Bluetooth connected to the computer and every time I try and play a game and use my microphone, the game sounds get muted.


This is annoying because I want to talk to people but also want to hear my game. All my sound drivers are updated and I updated my computer to the latest.
