Windows 10 When opening my Task manager I have "Service Host: Device Association Service" using up 15 -30% of cpu at all times.

This has just happened recently but when opening my Task manager I have "Service Host: Device Association Service" aka svchost.exe using up 15 -30% of cpu at all times. I've went in my Device manager and checked for any problematic drivers but have not found any. Any help would be much appreciated!
