Windows 10 When saving an email as a quick access file, it will auto save as the last email sent (without saving it). How can I save this file so that it stays

In the past I've been able to create an email, insert the template body, subject line, and even the recipient email addresses, and save it as a quick access email. That way any time I need to send out that specific email template, I can just click on it in quick access and it would bring up my saved email. I am on a new system and I saved my first email template like I usually do and its there ready to be selected. The issue is, it is not keeping the save. After each time I use it and send out the email, the template auto saves to the last email sent out. I'm not resaving this each time.
