Windows 11 when try to turn off Windows Hello as an extra measure of security under Advanced Security settings, it won't save the selection.

WHY?I want to remove this feature so that I can try to logon as another user, an Administrator user. Even though the user that I'm logged on as states that it Is an Admin User, I still can't remove Windows Hello feature.ANYONE??
