Windows 11 whenever I m trying to update window I am getting "Download error - 0x80070005"

Since Monday I am trying to update window but whenever I am trying to update I am errors major error is download error "Download error - 0x80070005" then two more shows error but related to the previous one "We can't install some updates because other updates are in progress. We will try installing later." Tell me how may i solve these.
