Windows 11 Whenever I try to shorten the length of a video clip in photos by changing when the video clip ends, the photos app crashes

This consistently happens with both .mkv and .mp4 formatsSo basically, if I open a video (in .mkv it opens up Movies & TV and in .mp4 it opens up Photos), and then try to trim the video's length(if the file is in Movies & TV it opens up the Photos app to trim videos in) by shortening the video's ending, (and only the ending, moving the beginning of the clip works as expected) the Photos app will crash every single time. This bug is very annoying, and I have not found any workarounds to it using microsoft software. Can anyone help?Repairing the Photos app in settings does not fix the bu
