Windows 11 Whenever I turn on my pc, I keep getting bitlocker recovery loop and when entered I can’t put my pin due to an error.

I don’t know how it happened but basically I bought this all in one pc 24 from a yard sale and it worked and then a month later, I turned on my pc and then I see that I can’t access to my pin and it says “Something happened and your pin isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.” And when I click Set up my PIN I get the message “explorer.exe - System Error | The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application.
