You can't get even get support with HP without having to pay. There is a huge problem when the service assistance takes over your computer, doesn't change back the settings they made which didn't even work to then restarting your computer and didn't forewarn that you won't be able to login by your pin or password because it is now corrupted. This needs to be addressed because I have now a non functional computer because of what was done. I had to go out and get a USB drive, you also need another computer to download...and just getting to the boot system or what you call bios is a hassle and le
