Windows 11 Where are the options to turn off and restart the connected computer while connecting with Remote Desktop Connection to Windows 11 pro

I have three computers: Windows 11 pro upstairs, Windows 11 pro downstairs and Windows 10 pro downstairs.From the computer upstairs, when I connect to the Windows 10, I can tell it to restart or turn off. When I connect to the Windows 11 though, I can only sign out.How can I get the option to restart and turn off in Windows 11 pro through the built-in Remote Desktop Connection feature? I will need this ability while I don't have a monitor and keyboard available to it for a few months.
