Windows 11 Where are website content restrictions in Family app for Windows 11?

I have spent a bunch of time creating a Family App account, and adding my son, getting him an email address and Microsoft account for the purpose of restricting his access to certain URLs on his Windows 11 laptop.Many Microsoft tech pages described "content filters" that you can setup in the child's account to do this, however when I click on his account there is nothing like that visible.This one for example, which specifically mentions Windows 11:Filter websites and searches using Microsoft Family Safety - Microsoft Support
