Windows 10 Where do I begin when I have a video of someone I know getting into my ONEDRIVE account and downloading files?

To be transparent, my daughter has committed perjury and told the State of Colorado that I threatened her children and her back in 2014. She didn't tell the whole, correct story and a letter was written to the Judge who did NOT read the letter since we (my ex-husband was served one too)...since we sent a letter and pictures of proof of what was said....but because we didn't go to the hearing (we live in Nevada, husband is a CPA and it was tax season, we had dogs to find sitters for and wouldn't be able to even hire an attorney in the time given. We thought the whole PRO would be thrown out. That Judge no longer presides there. The last communication directly between my daughter and myself was August 8, 2014 when she acutally invited me to come see them since their oldest son was "dumped" into a homeless shelter and told he had no home. Yes, by my daughter and her husband.

Now, 3 years later, I am trying to undo this falsified PRO and my daughter's husband works in a high security position in information technology and security. He taught his son how to hack computer. I assume he taught my daughter also.....and I will bet that he guided her through this.

So, here is the events:

Sometime during the past 3 years, they got into my ONEDRIVE account. The recording that I have has pictures as recent as February 2018. My daughter served the TRO/PRO papers in February 2015.

1. They hired an "expert" witness, who filmed himself in my ONDRIVE account. No subpoena, no lawful chain of evidence rules were followed. This "expert" witness actually says on the recording that he is 'taking the liberty to download this picture'. He did, indeed, take MY 4th Amendment rights of search and seizure away.

2. They gave this recording to her attorney.

3. The attorney filed it with the court as "evidence". Prior to the PRO and during the PRO, I took pictures of pictures on my daughter's Facebook so that I would have pictures of my grandchildren growing up. After my daughter completely "86's" me out of her Facebook and controlled all of the grandchildrens accounts so I could not see them either, I was allowed by my Aunt to access through HER Facebook. Still a public forum. I took pictures of my grandchildren. Nothing against the law. But, they are trying to prove "cyber stalking". I made NO COMMENTS, I clicked on no LIKES under my Aunt's account....or anyone else's if there is anyone else.

4. The attorney, after filing it as evidence with the Court, sent a copy of it to MY attorney's dropbox.....and MY attorney, of course, sent it to me. This was mid-April.

5. On my ONEDRIVE that the "expert" recorded, he had access to a lot more files than he was looking for. He could access all of my medical, my ex-husband's medical, my xrays from drs offices and the operating room, my and my ex-husband's drivers license, my and my ex-husband's social security cards....all of my 15,000 pictures, and probably most damaging at this point, my attorney/client privilege files. He actually FILMED him getting into this file.

So, the Judge is going to determine of July 27th whether this video is admissible in court. The Judge already stated that he thinks there has been Federal and State of Colorado law broken here but I don't think he had seen the video in order to make an informed decision.

According to my Yahoo mail, I have changed my password for Microsoft at least 25 times since June 2015. The attorney was asked by my attorney how he got my ONEDRIVE. Her attorney said I was 'too f*ing stupid to change my password'. My attorney asked the "expert" and he said he got this file in an email and "there was no password". The page he opens up in his recording is NOT my opening page. He had to click at least 2-3 times to get to this page and SOMEONE had to tell him what they were looking for. Then, when we shot all that down, they said I gave my daughter the password; at which time, the JUDGE said, just because she gave you a password when you were getting along like a Mother and daughter should; does NOT give you the right to enter that account when things go wrong AND especially after you filed the restraining order. That would be like saying that a burglar is lawfully entering your house if he found a key under the doormat. I am sure anyone can put 1 and 1 together to get 2. (Except these 3 people).

I believe her husband works for HP (or did the last time I spoke to him) and I know they bragged about working together to divert a major cyber hacking back in 2013 (I think it was).....she told me they worked with 2 computers to stay ahead of the crowd. I believe the "expert" works for, or worked for an aerospace company in Colorado Springs....I think it was something like ASRC.....(sorry, don't have the rest).

I want heads to roll and I want evidence of who hacked and what computers it was hacked from., what computers it was opened on and which conputers and other "drives" was it saved to. If that is not your Security dept or so meother department, please let me know and if you know of whee I should begin, please tell me.

Sincerely,

Ms. Jeryl Gates (no relation)
