Windows 11 where do I reinstall windows?

I’m reinstallin Windows 11 from usb. I’ve reached stage that says Where do you want to install Windows?I’m presented with 5 partitions all drive 0Should delete all partitions or leave any. Is it safe to delete partition1:SYSTEM
