If I buy a used computer in March 2023 with a sticker stuck on it with a windows 7 pro license key (sewn into the bios and a sticker on the computer under the battery that says Windows 10 pro) . can I upgrade to windows 10 PRO myself legally, for free? Where is the legal notation on Microsoft sites that says you can upgrade windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro for free? 2.
