Windows 11 Where is this missing partition called DR3 with a bad block

I have a bunch of errors pertaining to a bad block on DR3. I don't have any removable drives connected. When I look at disk management, I can see volumes pertaining to disk 3, but I don't know if that is the disk that the error correlates to. I read that Windows 11 has a bug, or had one, that causes it to sometimes identify a SSD as a removable drive (DR). However, I only see 3 partitions for disk 3. They are partition 1, partition 4, and one which I had labeled as "OS and small apps". So even if it does correlate to that SSD, the disk management tool is not showing all of the partitions, or p
