Windows 10 Where's the Cursor MAGNIFIER When Looking At An Amazon Product

Amazon CS says this is not a 'Settings' feature that can be enabled or disabled on their web page, and that the signal to change the cursor into a magnifier -when hovering over a product- should be detected by windows 10.I just did an update this morning that took 45 minutes. I checked manual updates because for the last few days my computer has been locking up and freezing. While it was updating, I read that Win 10 'updates' automatically, and that the feature cannot be turned off. Still, it took 45 minutes to do something. Whether it locks up anymore, I'll soon see.
