Windows 11 which language setting uses a UK british keyboard for special characters but with an azerty lay-out?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Carbon x1 Gen4 which has a UK british keyboard lay-out for special characters but with an azerty lay-out. Unfortunately, I do not find any language setting that uses that type of keyboard. Does anybody know what is the solution? Thank you
