Windows 10 Which password is it?

Hi I’m having an issue trying to reboot pc. I manage to get to the recovery mode menu but then each of the options requires a password. The account details listed are a name and and email address. I’ve tried the pc login password, the email password and the Microsoft account password. None of which are being accepted and we are using the correct passwords. Which password is it asking for? I can’t get through to be able to fix anything without the password functionality. Thanks
