Problem: I am having a problem with my Lenovo Laptop workstation's performance and fan speed. It appears that my fans no longer spin up to throttle or operate in performance mode. The laptop is not overheating, but seems to be stuck in a low-power or lap operating mode. My frame rate seems to be limited to 40 fps whether or not gSync is selected to match my 60 Hz refresh rate. When I am using a 3D application the system appears to lag or have some latency issues.GPU Settings: I have a nVidia GeForce GPU card operated by GeForce Experience and the nVidia Control Panel.
