Windows 11 While adding a work account to a new Windows 11 laptop it's just showing the spinning dots and doesn't finish setup.

I have an Asus Vivobook with Win 11.As it doesn't allow a work login on startup, I have logged in with a Microsoft account and added the laptop to to the company it says it's Microsoft Entra joined within Azure and it shows in Intune as expected.But when I go to Access work or school and add a user with login/password entered, it gets stuck on the spinning dots and doesn't add the users account.I need this as I can't get an employee added to the laptop.
