Windows 11 While gaming the screen goes black and the gpu fan start going at maximum power

Hello, I experienced this problem in the past but it happened just one time and no more, now it's back: sometimes during the last days while i was playing some games (like rainbow six , rocket league and fortnite) not heavy ones, games that my graphic card can easly handle , my pc crashed, but in a different way: the monitor went off and the fans of the graphic card started going at 100% power, I needed to shut down my pc from the on/off button.... how can I solve that? P.S. my rams are "brokens" they dont work properly and in the past I experienced some crashes caused by them.
